Hi! I am Jessie
I’m a wedding and lifestyle photographer based in Cumming, Georgia! I have been capturing love stories for over 4 years now! I decided to pursue wedding photography my freshman year of college, back in 2021.
My passion and love for photography started way before then though! I fell in love with photography back in middle school when my grandma gifted me her old canon rebel. Ever since then, I have loved capturing the true everyday moments, whether big or small. Whether it was just a family gathering or my siblings’ sporting event, I just loved the creative aspect of being able to make a moment last forever through an image.
My grandpa loved to take pictures that every event and occasion. He would upload them to his computer, and my grandma would print them all out and create different albums. Only a few years back, she decided to make a big album of the story of our family and each generation. She wanted it to be her “coffee table book”. These pictures meant so much to her that she wanted to share them with everyone that visited her home. I feel that speaks so much truth to how much emotion can be held in a image. I think about growing up and how if my parents and grandparents didn’t take the time to capture our baby pictures than we would grow up never knowing what we looked like as a child. Pictures are the evidence behind a story that simply bring back all those memories and emotions.
To this day, my grandpa will sit down in his chair and open his old laptop. He will spend hours just scrolling through his pictures to relive all those feelings, and occasionally, I will get a picture of his laptop screen of a picture to remind me just how fast time goes.
Personal Adventures
In May of 2025, I graduated from the University of Georgia (GO DAWGS), studying hospitality and restaurant management. My love for customer service and curating personal relationships sparked when I began serving at my family’s winery, Stoney J’s. For the past five years, I have become passionate about building personal relationships and bringing parts of my hospitality mindset into my photography business.
I graduated from the University of Georgia in 2025 with a degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management! Go Dawgs!
I work full time with my family at our winery and restaurant in Georgia called Stoney J’s.
I love to read romantacy, sci-fi, and fantasy books! I even run my own book club at the winery.
I have a 4 year old golden retriever named Mr. Jax
I live on a small farm with pigs, goats, chickens, ponies, and sheep.
I know way too much about making wine, harvesting grapes, and growing muscadines.
My fiancé and I are getting married this spring on my family’s property.
My current obsession is my espresso machine I got for Christmas!
I grew up playing many sports and after years of playing competitive softball and basketball, I find myself playing pickleball just for the fun vibes.
I’m 25% Italian so pizza, pasta, and wine are one of my love languages!
My fiance proposed to me on top of a mountain in Breckinridge, Colorado on a ski run named “Cashier” because his last name is “Cash”.
